SILAN disclosedthe 2014 annual report in the evening of March 9, indicating that the companyobtained revenue income of 1.87 billion Yuan in 2014, with a year-on-yearincrease of 14.17% and the net profit was 164 million Yuan with a year-on-yearincrease of 42.58%.
SILAN alleged thebusiness revenue of integrated circuit, power device products, LED chip and LEDproducts showed an increase compared with the same period of last year asoutput progress of new product was quickened. The business revenue of LEDillumination driven circuit, LED chip and LED products registered a quickincrease.
The announcementshowed SilanAzure and multi-color, subsidiaries of the company, made up thedeficits and got profit. Business revenue of LED chip was 253 million Yuan in2014 with a year-on-year increase of 44.73% and 23.75 % for gross profit rate.Business revenue of LED products was 139 million Yuan with a year-on-yearincrease of 113.46% and 34.37% for gross profit rate.
SilanAzuresucceeded in developing LED high voltage chip for illumination in 2014 andlaunched to the market. With release of production capacity, Multi-colorCompany consolidated its competitive advantage in high-end color screen pixeldevice market in 2014 and the brand image was further improved. The newly builtLED production workshop of SilanAzure was constructed with the roof up to theend of 2014. Purification and decoration will be completed in the first half of2015 to further expand the capacity of LED chip.
The announcementof SILAN indicates that the company will invest 1 billion Yuan to build aproduction line for 8″integrated circuit chip in two to three years to come inorder to grasp an opportunity to quicken upgrade of chip production lines ofthe company and improve comprehensive competitive ability of the company’sproducts. Smooth implementation of the project will improve manufacturingtechnique level of the company effectively and further shorten the gap betweensimilar international semi-conductor enterprises, enhance profitability of thecompany effectively and increase comprehensive competitiveness of the company.
